Contact requests
The form collects your name, optional company, email address and message to respond to your request and manage subsequent discussions. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters.
Delivery and retention
Your request is forwarded to QUANOVA’s email inbox through the hosting mail service. Authorised staff and technical providers supporting the website and email may process it. Retention depends on handling your request, any resulting relationship and applicable obligations.
Operation and security
The server may record technical access data for operation and security. The form uses an identifier derived from your IP address and request timestamps to limit abuse; these files are removed after one day when the form is next used. Language and analytics choices may be stored in your browser.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics integration has been prepared. If configured, it loads only after you accept analytics. It measures visits, sections opened and use of contact features; the form’s name, email and message are excluded from events. You can change your choice in the footer. Google may process data on its systems, including outside the European Economic Area, under its service terms and safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, object or request portability by contacting the address above. You may withdraw analytics consent and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
